Modelling turbulent Seepage in Rock-fill Dams

Turbulent seepage in porous media represents a classical topic.
An analytical solution in two dimensions for turbulent seeping flow in homogenous and isotropic rock-fill dams is revisited and its derivation is simplified. Its usefulness is improved in a sense that explicit expressions of the seepage point location in the downstream slope and the phreatic surface are worked out.
