Appendix 3 has the same structure as the corresponding Appendix 3 for the Nordic Generator Technical Requirements and chapter 5 Analysis of rotating system dynamics is identical. 

Working and reference group 
The working group has consisted of active participants from Vattenfall, Statkraft, Skellefteåkraft and Hafslund, Norway. In addition the reference group have had participants from Å energi; Norway and Landsvirkung, Iceland.
