Renewable energy for the production of hydrogen as a fuel
| 2022:887 | Stina Brask Bilén, Jens Melin, Fabian Olsson
This pilot study has been developed by Wind Sweden in Falkenberg in collaboration with Nilsson Energy, Falkenberg Energi, String, and EnBW. The goal is for the report to serve as a basis and tool for creating a more detailed plan on how to best supply a hydrogen refueling station with electricity from renewable energy production and how to store and distribute the hydrogen.

The pilot study includes proposals for the location of the hydrogen refueling station and how the production of renewable energy can take place. The suggested locations are strategically positioned in relation to other planned hydrogen refueling stations in Sweden and will place the Hallandsregion and Falkenberg municipality on the map of stations for environmentally friendly and green hydrogen.
