I work with communications and have a background in digital marketing and a degree in media and communication studies. Ask me anything about our website, newsletters, or events — I’m your go-to person. I believe work should be fun. A great workday includes both results and laughter. Every conference needs a magician for entertainment. A meeting without fika? Never! In my free time, I enjoy yoga, running, and chips.

I work with research and development in Swedish hydropower, with a special focus on dam safety, biodiversity issues, and the National Plan (NAP). Previously, I worked on international development projects related to environment and climate for the UN. Want to really catch my attention? Talk to me about hydropower, the climate transition, the biodiversity crisis—or Gothenburg. The west coast runs in my veins, and I’m happiest when I’m out by the sea.

My work spans from hydropower and hydrogen to combined heat and power. I’m a civil engineer and hold a PhD in chemical engineering, specialising in energy processes and energy systems. Previously, I worked in global development at Sida, supporting developing countries in building sustainable research environments and systems. Besides work? I never say no to a double espresso. I grow chili, look for mushrooms in the forest and I’m passionate about running.

I’m responsible for communications across all our programs and projects. My background is in journalism, where I covered the travel and tourism industry, and I’ve also worked as a PR consultant with a focus on climate and energy. Besides climate and energy, I love golf, squash, and Roslagen (a coastal area north of Stockholm).

I lead our Supply division, which includes hydropower, nuclear power, and thermal energy conversion. My background is primarily in hydropower, and I’m now also responsible for system-oriented projects in the field. Beyond my interest in energy and sustainable development, I have what might be considered an unhealthily strong passion for gardening—which often results in dirt under my nails and hauling stones around in my free time to create new flower beds.

I’m Head of our Systems and Distribution department, which includes our research areas in Energy Systems and Power Grids. I’m an electrical power engineer, with a long background in power system analysis and grid operations. For many years, I worked on international assignments, primarily in Africa. My free time is heavily centered around sports—whether I’m participating, watching, or volunteering in local clubs. Besides sports and health, the kitchen is my favorite place at home, especially when I get to indulge in French cooking.

I am programme manager for energy systems, with a broad background in energy market-related issues gained through working with various regulatory bodies in the Swedish energy and financial sectors. Until recently, I served at the Swedish transmission system operator, Svenska kraftnät, where I focused on policy development related to market design and the financial electricity market. Outside of work, much of my time is spent with my youngest child at the playground or ferrying my older children to and from football practice. On the rare occasions I have a little time to myself, I enjoy hiking in the Swedish mountains or visiting art museums.

I work with research and development projects in areas such as district heating and hydropower, with a wide interest in the energy sector. I hold a Master of Science in Environmental Engineering specializing on Energy Systems and have previous experience working within the district heating and solar energy industries. In my spare time, I enjoy spending time by the sea or letting my creative side flow in the cheramic studio.

I work as a Finance Assistant at Energiforsk, handling invoicing, business systems, and project administration. I have a background in business economics and am fluent in Swedish, English, and Bengali. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family and traveling.

I’m the Head of Nuclear Research and oversee six of our programs: Concrete, Outlook & Technology, ENSRIC (I&C), Vibrations, Gino (interaction between nuclear power and the grid), and Polymeric Materials. I also serve as the program council lead for the Swedish Centre for Sustainable Hydropower (SVC). Throughout my career as a project manager, I’ve moved between the construction and energy sectors, focusing on hydropower, nuclear power, and public buildings for culture and sports. It’s important to me that my work contributes to society and benefits others. I’ve lived in Stockholm for many years, but I’ll always be a Dalsland native at heart.

I’m responsible for the Hydrogen Program and the research program Mistra Electrification. I also work with topics related to the transport transition, CCUS, and the broader energy system. Previously, I’ve been involved in projects that have contributed to the development of the energy sector in various ways—both as a consultant and in public administration. I value new experiences and variety, even in my free time, and I love to travel whenever the opportunity arises.

With a Master’s degree in Sustainability Science from Lund University, I work on research that connects the development of the energy system with broader societal challenges. At Energiforsk, I lead interdisciplinary projects where system analysis and stakeholder collaboration are at the core. Outside of work, I recharge through music, dance, creative side projects, and learning new things—like studying Korean, for example.

I’m Head of Business Development and Communications, working to engage energy users in Energiforsk’s projects. Previously, I worked broadly with climate transition across different sectors at the company Fossilfritt Sverige (Fossil-Free Sweden), and with future-focused issues at the intersection of energy, industry, and politics. I’m a Teams skeptic who loves in-person meetings and firmly believes that having fun at work is a top priority. In my free time, I run in the forest and sing Twinkle Twinkle Little Star with my daughter.

I’m responsible for our Forest Industry Program and the Ash Program, and I’m part of the management team for Solve – the Swedish Solar Research Center. I also work with Energiforsk’s external communications. I have a strong interest in energy issues and have previously worked at companies like Torvforsk and Svenska Energiaskor. In my free time, I enjoy spending time in my garden, learning about traditional crafts, watching French movies, and hunting for treasures for my little retro shop.

I work as a communicator and most recently come from studies in marketing. I also hold a bachelor's degree in media and communication studies. In my role, I’m especially passionate about creative communication and social media, where I enjoy exploring new ways to develop our communications. Outside of work, you’ll usually find me hanging out with friends, cheering at football matches, or experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen. I try to live by the philosophy that life is best enjoyed with equal parts fun and seriousness – and I do my best to live by it.

I lead various programs focused on district heating and combined heat and power, as well as standardisation, green carbon atoms, and AI. Early in my career, my PhD project at KTH became a spin-off company. Since then, I’ve led parts of research within EU Horizon projects and worked in academia and start-ups. In my current role, I’ve also been appointed by the Swedish Energy Agency as Sweden’s representative on the Executive Committee of IEA-DHC. In my free time, I’m in the phase of life where my grandchildren take up much of my time.

I am a programme manager in nuclear power, hydropower, and energy systems. Previously, I worked as a nuclear safety consultant. As an energy systems engineer, I am passionate about contributing to a well-functioning and sustainable energy system, and to create value by combining a systems perspective with practical experience. In my free time, I enjoy practicing different types of sports and playing different types of games. Right now, I’m learning how to cross-country ski, I’ll let you know if I like it or not!

At Energiforsk, I’m responsible for several research initiatives focused on the long-term development of the energy system and electricity market. Over the years, I’ve worked on a wide range of research topics—starting at the former Elforsk and continuing since the founding of Energiforsk. I’ve also held positions at the Government Offices of Sweden and at Nutek. Today, I have a more flexible and senior role, having retired from my formal position at Energiforsk. When I’m off work, I enjoy spending time with my family in the Stockholm archipelago or in Spain.

I’m responsible for the programs Sustainable Technology Development and Digitalisation of Power Grids, Risk and Reliability Analysis, Grid Maintenance, CIGRE, and SEK Standardisation. My background is in computer engineering, with a Master of Science from KTH, and I’ve worked with both IT and power grid-related challenges. In my free time, I enjoy fun activities with family and friends.

I coordinate the research area Energy Systems and Markets and lead several exciting projects within renewable electricity production. I also have the privilege of pursuing my own doctoral studies during work hours, focusing on decision-making, risk, and policy analysis in the energy transition. In my free time, you’ll often find me out in nature with animals—or off on adventures using fossil-free modes of transport.
